FRIENDS WE ARE HAPPY TO SHARE AN UPDATE ON ADHIKAR PROGRAM RUNNING IN 3 STATES i.e. BIHAR, U.P, RAJASTHAN.
We are conducting a review of our 2 years interventions, we’ll look into the process and quality of the
interventions so far and identify the factors responsible, if the quality is
not up to the mark. We’ll also look into the approach and strategies that are
being adopted for implementing the program and the appropriateness of the same,
in relation to achieving the desired outcomes.
The
review is going to cover the following aspects of the Adhikar program:
- Relevance of the interventions in the prevailing context /background
- Effectiveness and Quality of various interventions including effectiveness of the functioning of the CBOs formed under the program
- Process and Methodology applied, strategies adopted,
- Results / Changes so far
- Linkages established with other actors / stakeholders
- Partnership Management: strengths and concerns of the collective functioning
- Program Management including PME
- Overall challenges and learning
A
team has been formed to carry out this entire exercise. They are moving around all the 13 NGO partners to review in your intervention with the support of your staff. The
team will bring mid term review outcomes which will be officially released in Kotdwar on 3rd February
2014.
